五、參賽辦法

(一)報名條件

精英組及挑戰組:提交鐵人三項完賽證書、全程馬拉松完賽證書、25km以上越野賽完賽證書,初次參賽選手賽前一天(9月21日星期六)進行深水測試(測試點:龍頭山碼頭)審核,審核通過后方可參加本次賽事。

(二)報名時間

 即日起至2019年8月20日或賽事名額報滿即止。

(三)報名方式

本次報名接受個人報名和團體報名,選手可通過官方微信公眾號、官方合作的第三方報名平臺進行報名。

1、個人報名

(1)微信報名:搜索并關注“第一賽道”微信公眾號,進入“第一賽道”微信公眾號點擊下方菜單欄中的“報名”,選擇“鐵人三項賽”,根據提示填寫參賽選手個人信息,支付報名費,支付成功后等待工作人員審核報名資料通過后即報名成功。或掃描下方二維碼直接報名。

(2)支付報名費后,工作人員將對報名資料進行審核,審核通過后代表報名成功,審核不通過的,所支付費用將在報名工作結束后7個工作日內原路退回。

2、團體報名

跑團、企事業單位等團體可選擇“團體報名”,負責人請在“第一賽道”微信公眾號“報名”菜單中,按如下流程操作:【報名】→【團體報名】→【我的團隊】→【創建團隊】。創建成功后,可將鏈接發給團隊其它成員報名(團體報名成功后,名字前方帶有“團”字)。

(五)退費規則

1、取消報名申請須以書面形式提出并通過電子郵件發送至組委會官方郵箱:[email protected]

2、于2019年8月30日前收到的退費申請,可退還已繳納費用的50%(賽后一個月內安排退款);自2019年8月31日起取消報名,無論任何原因不予退費;

3、本賽事不支持名額轉讓。

七、運動員檢錄和參賽包領取

時間:  9月21日 9:00-19:00

地點:  陽朔中學

(一) 選手須持本人有效身份證件原件,在規定時間內到達指定地點,按現場指示領取參賽包和檢錄。

(二)由于本次參賽包領取和檢錄是同時進行,一律要求本人親自領取參賽包和檢錄,不得代領

(三)如果這是您第一次參加鐵人三項,出于安全考慮,組委會要求您出示二甲以上醫院具體的體檢報告,內容包括一般體格檢查、血壓和心電圖一年內鐵三完賽證書、馬拉松完賽證書、25K越野完賽證書,可以抵體檢表深水證:游泳館開具的貼照片的深水證,用鐵三完賽證書、公開水域游泳完賽證書、游泳比賽或等級測試證書可以抵深水證;否則要參加深水測試。參賽新手提交體檢報告后,工作人員可能就相關資料提問,請選手配合回答。

注:上述對于深水測試和身體檢查結果的審核僅作為參加鐵人三項比賽的最低資格條件,通過審查并不意味著運動員可以安全地完成鐵人三項比賽,運動員應根據自身身體條件和狀況做出判斷和決定,對自身安全負責。在報到時所有運動員須簽字認可參賽聲明書。

八、自行車檢查

(一)比賽換項區位于陽朔中學停車區內。

(二)自行車檢錄將于9月21日(星期六),9:00至19:00 在換項區進行 。運動員須自備比賽用公路自行車和安全頭盔,并須符合規則的要求。完成身份檢錄的選手請戴好頭盔扣緊搭扣貼好車尾貼頭盔貼,親自將自行車推往換項區。在自行車檢錄完成后, 選手須把自行車停靠在指定自行車架上貼有自己參賽號碼的位置。之后,自行車將在換項區停放。

注意,為了確保您的自行車是經過組委會嚴格檢驗準許比賽,您的自行車一旦經過檢驗并放入換項區之后將不得再取出,直到次日比賽期間換項區開放。

(三)本次比賽允許公路車、鐵三車參加比賽,死飛車和折疊車不允許參賽。前后車輪都必須有剎車結構,后輪不允許使用死飛結構,在停止踩踏時后輪必須能夠保持向前轉動。非傳統或非常見的自行車及裝備,必須在賽事開始前兩周,由選手向組委會提交書面申請,官方郵箱為[email protected]請選手在郵件中說明自己的參賽號碼參賽組別姓名,并提供車輛及裝備的名稱型號照片。獲得組委會書面回復同意后,方可在進行自行車檢錄和在比賽中使用。

 

九、號碼布、紋身貼、計時芯片使用說明

(一)選手必須正確佩戴號碼布:跑步階段須佩戴于胸前明顯位置。

(二)精英組和挑戰組選手會領到參賽號碼紋身貼。比賽過程中,選手應將紋身貼分別貼于雙臂或雙腿外側。

(三)選手需將自行車頭盔號碼貼貼于頭盔的正前方;自行車尾貼需貼在自行車坐管上,與車架方向保持平行。

(四)選手必須將計時芯片綁在腳踝上,且盡量保持芯片朝向外側,否則將丟失比賽成績。

(五)志愿者會在比賽出發和換項時檢查每位選手的計時芯片是否正確佩戴;終點沖線處,將有志愿者幫助選手取下計時芯片,請各位選手積極配合。

(六)請選手在比賽過程中注意不要遺失計時芯片,否則將丟失比賽成績,賽后組委會不進行回收。

十一、賽事規則

(一)總則

1、創造公平、公正并體現良好體育道德的競賽環境,倡導平等及運動精神;

2、提供安全和保護措施;

3 強調獨創性和技巧性,不過分限制運動員發揮的空間

4、對非法獲利的運動員給予處罰。

(二)選手基本行為規則

1、始終奉行和遵守良好的體育道德風尚;

2、以真實姓名報名參加比賽,嚴禁冒名頂替參賽。如有發現,將取消比賽資格。如以非真實姓名報名,所引起保險理賠問題自行負責;

3、對自己及他人的安全負責;

4、知曉并理解和遵守所有的賽事規則,以及在賽事信息手冊和賽事說明會上中提到的所有規則;

5、遵守交通規則以及賽事技術官員的指導;

6、對裁判、工作人員、志愿者、觀眾、社會大眾以及其他選手保持尊重而有禮貌;

7、遵守法律和當地法規條例,不得進行任何形式的政治、宗教和種族宣傳。

8 嚴禁在任何賽事相關微信群、賽事現場等公開場合污言穢語;

9、不允許試圖借助任何外部車輛或物體獲得不公平利益;

10、比賽中嚴禁亂扔垃圾或者裝備,在補給點或垃圾丟棄點等指定區域除外。運動員須保存所有參賽裝備和物品并放回轉換區自己的位置,無論有意或無意的丟棄垃圾將會導致比賽罰時或取消比賽資格的處罰;

11、不得使用任何可能使運動員注意力不能專注于賽事環境的裝置(未經組委會的允許,禁止使用照相機、手機攝像和攝影機。);

12、選手必須嚴格按照比賽線路行進,選手有義務自行了解比賽線路,選手在比賽中必須完成整個比賽線路,如果偏離比賽路線將有可能會導致取消比賽資格。如果選手在比賽中必須需要短暫離開比賽路線,必須在離開的同一地點回到比賽路線才能繼續進行比賽;

13、在比賽中嚴禁不文明暴露以及赤裸身體。不文明暴露以及赤裸身體將會導致取消比賽資格的處罰;

14、允許運動員接受比賽裁判和競賽管理人員提供的幫助,這些幫助僅限于以下行為:提供飲料、補給品、維修工具和醫療救助,以及其它必要的幫助(該幫助需要經過賽事主任或裁判長的核準)。同場競技的運動員可以互相提供附帶的物品進行幫助,僅限于:離開補給站后所需的營養補給品和飲料、打氣筒、自行車內外胎以及修車工具。

15、運動員不能向同場競技的其它運動員提供使自己無法繼續正常比賽的裝備。這些裝備包含僅限于:鞋子、參賽車輛、車架、輪組或頭盔。如果違規,提供裝備和接受裝備的運動員都將受到取消比賽資格的處罰。

16、比賽進程中運動員不得向其他運動員提供身體上的幫助以加快其比賽進程,否則,兩名運動員都將被取消比賽資格。

(三)處罰措施

1、任何違反比賽規則的行為都會導致選手受到處罰。處罰有以下幾種情況:警告罰時取消比賽資格禁賽終身禁賽;

2、對于違反比賽規則的選手,賽事裁判將通過出示色牌和口頭指令結合的方式通知被處罰的選手。色牌代表的含義及處罰方式如下所示:

黃牌: 罰時2分鐘

紅牌: 取消比賽資格

3、嚴重違反比賽規則的行為將導致取消比賽資格(違反比賽規則行為的嚴重性將由賽事主裁判判定);

4、在賽事進行中,如果賽事裁判認為有選手獲得了不公平的優勢,或者發現有選手有意或者無意造成了危險情況,賽事裁判都有權并會慎重的對選手進行處罰或者取消其比賽資格(即使這種違規行為并未在比賽規則中提及);

5、游泳賽段的時間處罰,將在裁判的指導下,在游泳到自行車的轉換區(T1)中執行;

6、自行車賽段的時間處罰將在事先設置的罰時帳篷中進行(PT)。罰時帳篷的位置會在《技術說明會》中做詳細說明。運動員在被告知處罰后有義務主動到賽道最近的一個罰時帳篷接受處罰,尾隨罰時不接受申訴。未主動接受處罰的運動員將有可能被取消比賽資格;

7、跑步賽段的時間處罰,將直接在運動員違反規則的位置進行,并且在比賽裁判的指導下執行(跑步賽道上不設置罰時帳篷)。

(四)游泳規則

1、選手可以使用任何泳姿,踩水或者漂浮完成游泳項目;

2、選手需要在開賽前10分鐘在游泳出發區準備完畢;

3、進入游泳出發區前,選手必須佩戴好組委會統一分發的賽事官方泳帽浮板號碼紋身貼選手身份手環計時芯片

4裸露上身將不能進入游泳出發區,違規將被取消參賽資格。

5、在游泳賽段中未能全程佩戴組委會提供的泳帽將進行罰時,處罰將由裁判在游泳賽段結束后的 T1自行車換項區執行;

6 所有參加鐵人三項賽的選手,必須佩戴浮板或跟屁蟲方能下水比賽,否則不予進入游泳出發區;

7、比賽中禁止使用人工推進裝置,呼吸管,腳蹼,手套,襪子,手蹼,夾腿板,違規將會被取消參賽資格;

8 本次賽事必須使用游泳安全氣囊(跟屁蟲),連接繩必須長于40cm禁止借安全氣囊浮力前進,違規將會被取消參賽資格;

9、組委會有權要求選手摘除被認定在比賽過程中對選手本人或其他選手有傷害的珠寶等飾品;

10、在游泳賽段中,選手借助任何外力輔助前進都將會導致取消比賽資格。選手允許借助跟屁蟲、皮劃艇和船只在水中休息,但不能借助力量前進。賽事官員和醫療人員對于選手的健康狀況保有取消選手繼續進行比賽的權利;

11、選手必須按照設定的游泳路線進行比賽。任何選手沒有按照正確的路線進行比賽,超過比賽距離則在時間和成績上都不會做調整;少于比賽距離組委會有權取消比賽成績。

12、緊急情況下,選手可單(雙)手揮動(或摘除泳帽)求救。一旦接受官方救助,即意味著選手退出比賽,裁判將會收回計時芯片;

13、如遇天氣原因如大風、大雨、溫度驟變、雷電等情況,組委會將在開賽前1個小時向選手通報游泳賽段變更事宜;

14、游泳賽段禁止攜帶耳機等電子產品。

(五)防寒泳衣規則

1、當水溫低于24.5℃,允許穿著防寒泳衣。當水溫在24.5℃以上,將禁止穿著防寒泳衣;

2、防寒泳衣不能覆蓋選手臉部、手部及腳部;

3、比賽服裝及計時芯片需要穿在防寒泳衣里面;

4、防寒泳衣的厚度不得超過5mm。如果防寒泳衣由兩部分或更多部分組成,在重疊部位的厚度也不允許超過5mm;

5、禁止使用防寒泳衣短褲;

6、當水溫低于16℃時,所有選手都必須穿著防寒泳衣。

(六)自行車規則

1、比賽允許公路車、鐵三車參加比賽,死飛車和折疊車不允許參賽。自行車不允許使用非人力助力設備和安裝機械動力輔助裝置;前后車輪都必須有剎車結構,前輪須可轉向,后輪則通過腳蹬和車鏈組成的系統驅動。后輪不允許使用死飛結構,在停止踩踏時后輪必須能夠保持向前轉動;

2、車把和附加把不得超過前輪前沿,所有的管狀裝置的末端均必須封閉;

3、選手使用的自備頭盔必須是得到國家相關質檢部門的認可產品。禁止對頭盔的零部件做任何改動,包含頭盔固定帶或者頭盔缺失任何零件。選手在接觸自行車的所有階段都必須佩戴頭盔,也就是在開始從換項區停車架上取下自行車前,到結束自行車賽段回到換項區將自行車放好在停車架上(或自行車交與換項區志愿者手中),整個階段都須佩戴好頭盔;

4、非傳統或非常見的自行車及裝備,選手必須在比賽開始前48小時,通過郵件向賽事組委會提交書面申請。官方郵箱為:[email protected] 請選手在郵件中說明自己的參賽號碼、參賽組別和姓名,并提供車輛及裝備的名稱、型號和照片。組委會書面回復同意后,選手方能帶車輛或裝備進行安全檢查和在比賽中使用;

5、跟隨及超車規則:

l   “跟隨”是指選手在另一位選手的跟隨區中停留超過20秒。在比賽中跟隨是被嚴格禁止的 (自行車跟隨區是指從前方選手車輪開始測量到后方長10米的距離,寬2米的區域)。在超車時,選手需要進入到前方選手的跟隨區,然后加速通過離開跟隨區。通過跟隨區的時間不能超過20秒(尾隨罰時2分鐘,不得申訴,2次處罰取消成績);

l   超車選手進入跟隨區不允許退出跟隨區。一旦超車選手進入跟隨區,必須完成超車;

l  被超越的選手需要立即離開超車選手的跟隨區,必須主動降速脫離該區域。如果被超車選手未退出超車選手的跟隨區就開始發起反超的行為,將會被判定為超車犯規。被超越選手如果停留在超車選手跟隨區中超過20秒,將會被判定為跟隨;

6、例外情況:以下情況,選手停留在跟隨區中將不會受到跟隨判罰

l  出于安全原因,如警示區;

l  進入或離開補給站或換項區;

l  進入急彎中或坡道中;

l  因為車道狹窄,建設,繞行或其他安全原因,賽事官員會對一些區域實行跟隨合法;

7、自行車賽段將不提供維修服務,所有選手必須自行攜帶自行車修補工具,如因自行車故障無法繼續進行自行車賽段比賽,選手可以在自行車賽道上采取推車或扛車的方式,跑步或步行前進,同時必須注意不能對其他選手造成阻礙和干擾。您可以自行返回換項區;或者請求賽事技術官員/志愿者協助呼叫賽事收容車輛將您帶離賽道。請注意,如果您因自行車故障退賽,您的芯片將被取下,成績將被取消;

8、選手有義務自行了解自行車比賽路線并按比賽路線行進。無論何種原因,選手未能按照正確的自行車線路進行比賽,都不會對比賽時間和成績做任何調整;

9、任何選手不能對自身或其他選手做出危險行為。如有選手無論有意或無意對其他選手做出危險行為或者在主裁判的判斷下,該選手有對其他選手做出危險行為的傾向,都將被取消比賽資格;

10、在通過自行車故障或其他事故現場時,所有選手都需要提高警惕并降低車速;

11、自行車進出換項區,須嚴格按照上下車線的規定,上車線后才能開始騎車,下車線前必須下車;

12、自行車賽道上將有計時芯片記圈點,參賽選手只有通過所有點位才能被記錄有效成績。如果少騎圈將被取消賽事成績,多騎則不會(但是很有可能會被關門);

13、運動員禁止在自行車賽段佩戴耳機等電子產品;

14、罰時帳篷

l  自行車賽段的所有罰時都在指定的罰時帳篷內進行(即:PT)。帳篷的位置將在《技術說明會》中說明。運動員被告知違反規則后,有義務到自行車賽段的下一個處罰帳篷報到。若沒有執行,將被取消比賽資格;

l  滯留處罰帳篷期間,運動員只能補給自己車上或身上帶的食品和水;(違規者將被取消比賽資格);

l  滯留處罰帳篷期間,運動員禁止使用衛生間。在罰時期間進行如廁者,將被取消比賽資格;

l  在處罰帳篷內接受罰時出發時禁止進行設備調試或任何形式的自行車維修。(違規者將被取消比賽資格)。

(七)跑步規則

1、運動員可以通過跑、走的方式,不借助外力單獨完成跑步賽段;

2、每位運動員在賽前有義務閱讀賽事手冊,了解跑步比賽路線,并按照規定的跑步路線進行比賽,到達跑步終點,完成比賽。如果在比賽過程中跑錯路線,運動員要自己承擔時間的損失,并回到正確的路線,按照規定路線到達終點,完成比賽;

3、運動員跑步賽段成績以計時芯片成績為準,運動員有義務保護計時芯片不受人為損壞,若因芯片故障造成比賽成績缺失,由裁判長來最終裁定比賽成績;

4、在跑步賽道,所有參賽運動員都必須遵守競賽規則。任何違反競賽規則的行為都將受到罰時的處罰,經勸告后不改正的,情節嚴重將取消比賽資格;

5、運動員在比賽中有義務聽從交通警察和工作人員的指揮;

6、運動員在跑步賽段禁止裸露軀干。運動員必須穿著運動上衣(騎行服,運動背心)和運動褲或連體鐵三服;

7、運動員在跑步賽道上必須全程佩戴組委會提供的號碼布,號碼布需要貼放在身體前方,并保證全程可見;在比賽中,號碼布用于識別比賽運動員的身份,遮擋或故意涂改號碼布,或不能正確佩戴等行為都會被警告,情節嚴重將被取消比賽資格;

8、運動員在賽道上禁止丟棄垃圾,如果有需要丟棄的垃圾,可以保存到補給站專門設立的垃圾丟棄區域予以丟棄,或者丟棄到賽道沿線的公共垃圾箱;

9、運動員有義務對自己身體狀況做出判斷,當感覺到身體有不適狀況發生,盡早向醫務人員求助。賽道醫療官介入運動員比賽時,運動員需根據對方判斷或建議,配合對方行動;

10、運動員因各種原因中途放棄比賽時,有義務主動聯系工作人員或裁判并予以告知。

(八)換項區

1、自行車必須放置在車架上,且自行車的主體相對于車架的位置應與運動員保持同側(違規者將被叫停并給予警告);

2、每位運動員的裝備都要放在運動員的換項包里,或放在指定的換項位置,具體信息會在《技術說明會》中說明(違規者將被叫停并給予警告);

3、禁止運動員在換項區擾亂其他運動員的換項裝備或干擾其他選手進行換項(違規者將被叫停并給予警告);

4、上車線和下車線會清楚地標志在換項區的出口和入口。禁止在上車線之前上車,以及下車線之后下車(違規者將被叫停并給予警告);

5、運動員不能在換項區人流中逗留(違規者將被叫停并給予警告)。

 

十二、獎勵辦法

(一)獎金

本次比賽獎勵全場前五名運動員獎金,不分年齡組(人民幣):

(二)本次比賽為各年齡組(適用于精英組/挑戰組)前三名發放獎品,全場前五參與年齡組排名,年齡組獎品現場發放,獲獎選手不參加現場頒獎,一律視為棄獎,獎品順延排名下一位。

(三)所有獎金(人民幣)將按照國家稅法規定,征收20%個人所得稅,由主辦方統一代辦代扣代繳。

注:比賽當天只對全場前三名獲獎運動員進行頒獎,現場不設發放獎金(現金),獎金將于成績公示之后三個月內發放。

報名須知

一、賽事基本信息

(一)比賽日期:2019年9月22日(星期日) 早上7:00

二、報名資格

(一)年齡要求    

1.精英組、挑戰組:參賽者年齡限18周歲以上。

2.外籍選手報名參賽,須在報名時上傳護照照片。

注:18周歲以下未成年人在其監護人或法定代理人簽署參賽免責聲明后,方可報名參加比賽。65周歲以上須直系親屬簽署參賽免責聲明方可報名參加比賽。

(二)資格要求

1.報名精英組、挑戰組的選手,須在報名時上傳電子版的本人兩年內鐵人三項證書或全程馬拉松完賽證書。 

(三)健康要求

    鐵人三項是一項高負荷、大強度、長距離的競技運動,也是一項高風險的競技項目,對參賽者身體狀況有較高的要求,參賽者應身體健康,有長期參加游泳、騎行、跑步鍛煉或訓練的基礎。參賽者可根據自己的身體狀況和實際能力,選擇精英組、挑戰組其中的一個項目報名參賽。

有以下身體狀況者禁止報名參加比賽,否則自行承擔一切后果及法律責任:

    1、先天性心臟病和風濕性心臟病患者;

    2、高血壓和腦血管疾病患者;

    3、心肌炎和其他心臟病患者; 

    4、冠狀動脈病患者和嚴重心律不齊者;

    5、血糖過高或過低的糖尿病患者;

    6、其它不適合運動的疾病患者;

    7、比賽日前兩周以內患過感冒;

    8、孕婦。

在比賽中,因個人身體及其他個人原因導致的人身損害和財產損失,由參賽選手個人承擔責任。組委會要求所有參賽選手通過正規醫療機構進行體檢(含心電圖檢查),并結合檢查報告進行自我評估,確認自身狀況能夠適應于長跑運動,才可報名參賽。

四、重要事項說明

(一) 2019陽朔鐵人三項賽選手報名成功后,報名費不予退還,名額僅限本人參賽,不允許轉讓。

(二) 請選手認真如實填寫個人信息,組委會將對信息的真實性進行核實,一旦發現有虛報行為,則取消其2019陽朔鐵人三項賽參賽資格。

(三)參賽選手須持本人報名時使用的有效身份證件原件,親自前往現場領取競賽物品,不許代領。

(四) 報名信息中的緊急聯系人與報名者的關系,推薦填寫父母、夫妻、子女、兄弟姐妹中的親屬關系之一;

(五) 為保護賽事贊助商權益,除組委會指定贊助商外,2019陽朔鐵人三項賽道全程嚴禁出現其他任何形式的帶有商業宣傳性質的宣傳物,包括但不限于旗幟、條幅、氣球、模型等物品。違規物品將被沒收,違規者將被取消參賽資格。

(六) 禁止一切虛假參賽行為包括但不限于替賽、蹭賽、偽造號碼及號碼布、騙跑、違反體育精神行為等,出現上述違規行為,組委會將根據《競賽規程》相關規定,視情節輕重,給予違規人員處罰;對賽事造成嚴重經濟損失及社會負面影響的,組委會有權追究相關人員責任,并訴諸法律。對于一切非組委會原因造成的意外事故,責任由相關人員承擔。

領物須知:

(1)選手參賽物品只能由選手本人親自領取,選手須本人攜帶二代身份證原件進行領取,現場將會對選手與證件進行核對,如不匹配組委會有權拒絕發放參賽物品。

(2)比賽日當天早晨不設置現場領物,選手須在指定時間內到達指定地點領取參賽物品。

(3)選手(包括未成年人)的參賽物資不允許代領。不接受任何形式的團領和代領。

V. Method of Competition

(I) Eligibility requirement

Elite and Challenger Groups: Athletes are required to submit certificates of Triathlon, Full Marathon, 25km+ Trail Run Race; new athletes must participate in the deep-water swimming test on the day before race(Saturday, September 21) (in Longtoushan Wharf) and only those who pass the test are eligible to participate in this competition.

(II) Registration time

VII. Check-in and Received Package

1. Each athlete must arrive at the stated venue within the sated period with its own valid ID card to check-in and get package.

2. Duo to the check-in and packages receiving are conducted at the same time, so each athlete is required to be examined and obtain such package in person.

3. If it is the first time for you to participate in such competition, the organizing committee will require you to present your medical examination report issued by any Grade II Level A (or above) hospital for your safety. Such report should include physical examination, blood pressure and ECG (and you can also present your certificates of Triathlon, Marathon or 25KM Trail Run which you’ve got within one year to take the place of report); deep-water swimming certificate: your photo should be attached to such certificate issued by a competent natatorium and you can also present your certificates of Triathlon, Open Water Match, Swimming Contest or equivalent certificates instead of such certificate; or otherwise you are required to participate in the deep-water swimming test. Staff may ask the green-hand athletes about relevant questions upon their submission of their medical examination reports and they should answer these questions accordingly.

Note: Deep-water swimming test and physical examination are the minimum requirements for participating in this competition. Passing these checks does not mean that you are able to complete all items safely. Thus, you should make reasonable judgment and decision based on your physical conditions to ensure your safety. All athletes must sign the statement when checking in to agree on participation in this competition.

VIII. Bike Inspection

(I) The transition area is located in the parking lot of Yangshuo Middle School.

(II) All bikes will be inspected at 9:00 - 19:00, September 21 (Saturday) in the transition area. Athletes are required to bring their own road bikes and safety helmets for competition, which meet the requirements of the regulations. Those identified athletes should wear the helmet, tighten the buckle and paste stickers on the rear and helmet, then bring their bikes to the transition area personally. Athletes must place their bikes in the stated locations where marked with their own entry number upon such examination. After that, all bikes will be placed in the transition area.

Note: To ensure your bike is strictly examined by the organizing committee and approved to be used in this competition, you are prohibited to bring it out of the transition area once it passes through the examination until the zone is accessible during the competition next day.

(III) Road bikes and triathlon bikes are allowed in the competition while fixed gear bikes and folding bikes are prohibited. The front and rear wheels must be equipped with a braking structure and fixed gear is prohibited in the rear wheel, which must be able to keep turning forward when you stop pedaling. Athletes must submit a written application two weeks earlier for using non-traditional or uncommon bikes and equipment to the organizing committee by e-mail: [email protected] Athletes are required to indicate their race number, competition category and name as well as the name, model and pictures of their bike and equipment in the e-mail. Such bikes and equipment can be used in the bike Inspection and competition only when approved by the organizing committee in a written reply.

 

IX. Instructions for the Use of Number Bib, Tattoo Sticker and Timing Chip

(I) Athletes must wear number bib correctly: number bib should be worn in an obvious position on the chest during running.

(II) Athletes from the Elite Group and Challenger Group will receive tattoo sticker of theirs number bib. Athletes must paste tattoo stickers on their outsides of both arms and legs during competition.

(III) Athletes are required to affix the helmet number directly in front of the helmet; The bicycle tail sticker shall be affixed to the bicycle seat tube and keep parallel to the direction of the frame.

(IV) Athletes must tie the timing chip to his ankle and try to keep the chip facing outwards, otherwise he will lose the race result.

(V) Volunteers will check whether the timing chip of each athlete is correctly worn at the start and transition times. At the finish line, volunteers will help to remove the timing chip.

 (VI) Please do not lose the timing chip during the competition, otherwise the score will be lost and the organizing committee will not recycle it.

XI. Competition Rules

1. General

(1) To create a fair and just competition environment that reflects good sportsmanship and advocates equality and sportsmanship

(2) To provide security and protection measures.

(3) To emphasis on originality and skill, give the athletes room to play.

(4) Penalties are imposed on athletes who make illegal profits

2. Basic behavior rules for athletes

(1) Practice good sportsmanship at all times.

(2) Sign up with a real name. Impostors are strictly prohibited, and any discovery will result in disqualification. If you register with a non-real name, you will be responsible for the insurance claims

(3) Be responsible for his/her own safety and the safety of others

 (4) Know, understand, and follow all Competition Rules, as stated herein, in the Event information manual, and at the Event-specific athlete briefings;

(5) Obey traffic regulations and instructions of the technical officer.

(6) Treat referees, staffs, volunteers, spectators, the public, and other athletes with respect and courtesy.

(7) Obey laws and local ordinances and avoid any type of demonstration of political, religious, or racial propaganda.

(8) Avoid the use of abusive language in any public places such as relevant WeChat groups or the scene of any event.

(9) Not gain or attempt to gain any unfair advantage from any external vehicle or object.

(10) Not dispose of trash or equipment on the course (except at aid stations or other designated trash-disposal points). All equipment and articles must be kept and put back in the transition zone, intentional or careless littering will result in a time penalty or disqualification;

(11) Not use any device that will distract the athlete from paying full attention to their surroundings. (Cameras, cell phones and video cameras are not allowed without the permission of the organizing committee.)

(12) Athletes must strictly follow the route of the competition. It is the athlete’s responsibility to understand the route of the competition. Athletes must complete the entire route in the competition. Failure to do so will result in a disqualification. If an athlete must exit the course, he or she shall re-enter the course at the same point of departure before continuing

(13) Avoid indecent exposure and public nudity at all times during an Event. Indecent exposure/public nudity may result in a disqualification.

(14) Assistance provided by Race Referees or Race Officials (including official Event volunteers) is allowed but such assistance is limited to: providing drinks, nutrition, mechanical and medical assistance, and other necessary assistance (as may be approved by the Event Director or Head Referee). Athletes competing in the same Race may assist each other with incidental items such as, but not restricted to: nutrition and drinks after an aid station, pumps, tires, inner tubes, and puncture repair kits.

(15) Athletes may not provide any item of equipment to an athlete competing in the same Race if it results in the donor athlete being unable to continue with his/her own Race. Such equipment includes but is not restricted to: shoes, complete bicycle, frame, wheels, and helmet. The penalty for this will be disqualification of both athletes.

(16) No athlete shall intentionally cause the physical forward progress of another athlete on any part of the course during the Race. The penalty for both will be disqualification.

3. Punishment

(1) Any violation of the competition rules will result in the athlete being punished. Punishment includes the following categories: warning, time penalty, disqualification, suspension or expulsion.

(2) Race Referees will notify athletes of a rule violation by showing the athlete a colored card in combination with a verbal directive. Penalty card colors and their associated penalty is as follows:

Yellow card: Two minutes penalty

Red card: Disqualification

(3) Serious violation of the rules will result in disqualification (the severity of the violation of the rules will be determined by the chief referee).

(4) In any circumstance where a Race Referee deems an unfair advantage has been gained by an athlete, or if a Race Referee determines that an athlete has intentionally or recklessly created a dangerous situation, such Race Referee may, at the Race Referee’s discretion, assess penalties to or disqualify athletes (even if such violations by the athlete are not expressly set forth in the Competition Rules).

(5) The penalty for the swimming period shall be executed in the transition zone (T1) from swimming to cycling under the guidance of the referee.

(6) Bike-course time penalties will be served in a designated Penalty Tent (“PT”). The location of the PTs will be stated in the Event-specific Athlete Information Guide. It is the athlete’s responsibility to report to the next PT on the course. Failure to stop at the next PT on the bike course will result in disqualification;

(7) Run-course time penalties will be served at the point of the rule violation, under instructions from a Race Referee (there are no PTs on the run course);

 4. Swimming rules

(1) The athlete may use any stroke, such as treading water or floating, to complete the swimming item.

(2) The athlete shall be ready in the swimming departure area 10 minutes before the competition starts.

(3) Before entering the swimming departure area, the athlete must wear the official swimming cap, kickboard, number’s tattoo sticker, athlete identification bracelet and timing chip distributed by the Organizing Committee.

(4) Any athlete who is topless is prohibited to enter the swimming departure area, and such athlete will be disqualified in case of rule violation.

(5) Each swimmer must wear an official swim cap provided by the Race Officials. Failing to wear a swim cap at all times during the swim segment of the Race may result in a time penalty enforced by Race Referees after the swim segment in T1.

(6) All triathletes must wear a kickboard or swimming airbags (one’s shadow) before entering the water, otherwise they will be prohibited to enter the swimming departure area.

(7) The use of snorkels, fins, gloves, socks, paddles, or flotation devices of any kind (including pull buoys) is prohibited; (DSQ)

(8) Use of swimming airbags (one’s shadow) is permitted, but the connecting rope must be longer than 40cm. Airbags cannot be used for buoyancy and athletes violating the rule will be disqualified.

(9) The Organizing Committee is entitled to require the athlete to remove jewelry and other ornaments that are found to be harmful to the athlete himself (herself) or other athletes during the competition.

(10) Any assistance during the swim will result in disqualification if forward progress was made. Athletes are permitted to use swimming airbags (one’s shadow), kayaks and boats as aid, as long as no forward progress is made. Race Officials and medical personnel reserve the right to remove athletes from the course if such removal is determined medically necessary;

 (11) It is the sole responsibility of each athlete to know and follow the prescribed swimming course. No adjustments in times or results will be made, for any reason whatsoever, for athletes who fail to follow the proper course;

(12) The athlete may wave the hand(s) (or remove the cap) to call for help in case of emergency. Once the athlete accepts the official rescue, it means that the athlete quits the competition and the referee will withdraw the timing chip.

(13) In the event of bad weather such as strong wind, heavy rain, rapid temperature change and lightning, the Organizing Committee will notify the athletes of the swimming stage change 1 hour before the competition starts.

(14) Electronic products such as earphones are prohibited during the swimming competition.

5. Rules of wetsuit

(1) When the water temperature is lower than 24.5°C, it is allowed to wear wetsuit. When the water temperature is above 24.5°C, it is forbidden to wear wetsuit.

(2) The wetsuit may cover any part of the body except the face, hands, or feet;

(3) The uniform and timing chip shall be worn underneath the wetsuit.

(4) The thickness of the wetsuit may not exceed 5mm. If the wetsuit consists of two or more pieces then the combined thickness of the overlapping pieces may not exceed 5 mm;

(5) Wetsuit shorts are prohibited.

(6) When the water temperature is lower than 16°C, all athletes must wear the wetsuit.

6. Bike rules

(1) Road bikes and triathlon bikes are allowed in the competition while fixed gear bikes and folding bikes are prohibited. Neither non-human power assistance equipment nor mechanical power assistance device is allowed for the bike; both the front and rear wheels must have a brake structure, the front wheel must be steerable, and the rear wheel must be driven by a system consisting of a pedal and a chain. Fixed gear is prohibited on the rear wheel, which must keep turning forward when the pedal is stopped.

(2) The handlebars and attachments must not exceed the leading edge of the front wheel. The ends of all tubular devices must be closed.

(3) The self-provided helmet used by the athlete must be an approved product by the relevant national quality assurance authority. It is forbidden to make any changes to the parts of the helmet, including helmet straps or any parts missing from the helmet. The athlete must wear a helmet during all phases of contact with the bike, that is, from when the bike is removed from the parking rack of the transition area to when the bike is placed on the parking rack after the athlete returns to the transition area upon the end of bike stage.

(4) For non-traditional or uncommon bikes and equipment, athletes must submit a written application to the Organizing Committee by mail 48 hours before the game starts. The official email address is: [email protected]. Please indicate your entry number, entry group and name, as well as the name(s), model number(s) and photo(s) of the vehicle and equipment. The athlete can only bring the vehicle or equipment for security inspection and use in the game upon the written consent of the Organizing Committee.

(5) Drafting and overtaking rules:

·       “Drafting” means that the athlete stays in the draft zone of another athlete for more than 20 seconds. Drafting during the competition is strictly forbidden (the bike draft zone refers to the area with a distance of 10 meters from front athlete’s wheel to the rear, 2 meters wide). While overtaking, the athlete needs to enter the draft zone of the front athlete and then accelerate to leave that draft zone. The time to pass through the draft zone cannot exceed 20 seconds (a penalty of 2 minutes for drafting, and 2 penalties result in disqualification).

·       The overtaking athlete may not back out of a draft zone after entering into it. Once an overtaking athlete enters the draft zone of another athlete, a pass must be completed.

·       The athlete being overtaken must take the initiative to decelerate and immediately leave the draft zone of the overtaking athlete. If the athlete being overtaken re-passes when he or she remains within the draft zone of the overtaking athlete, he or she will be deemed to violate the overtaking rules. If the athlete being overtaken remains within the draft zone of the overtaking athlete for more than 20 seconds, it will be judged as drafting.

(6) Exceptions: Athletes staying in the draft zone will not be penalized under the following conditions.

·         For safety reasons, such as warning area;

·         Entering and exiting an aid station or transition area;

·          Entering a acute turn or ramp;

·         Considering the narrow lanes, construction, detour, or for other safety reasons, the officials will define it lawful for drafting in some zones;

(7) Maintenance services are not available in the bike stage. All athletes must bring repair tools on their own. If the athlete cannot continue the stage due to bike failure, he or she may run or walk while wheeling or shouldering the bike, and shouldn’t obstruct or interfere with other athletes. You may return to the transition area or ask the technical officer/volunteers for help to call the broom wagon to take you off the track. Please note that if you withdraw from the competition due to bike failure, your timing chip will be removed and you score will be disqualified.

(8) It is the sole responsibility of each athlete to know and follow the prescribed cycling course. No adjustments in times or results will be made, for any reason whatsoever, for athletes who fail to follow the proper course.

(9) No cyclist shall endanger herself/himself or another athlete. Any cyclist who intentionally or recklessly presents a danger to any athlete or who, in the judgment of the Head Referee, appears to present a danger to any athlete will be disqualified.

(10) All athletes must exercise extreme caution and decrease speed if necessary in passing the site of any cycling or other accident.

(11) At the entrance and exit of the transition area, the provisions of the mount and dismount line shall be strictly complied with. Mounting the bike before the designated mount line is prohibited while dismounting after the dismount line is prohibited.

(12)  There are timing chip lap points on the bike track, and the athletes can only get valid results by passing all points. Any athlete with less lap rides will be disqualified while more rides are acceptable (but the athlete may exceed the cut-off time).

(13) Electronic products such as earphones are prohibited during the cycling section.

(14) Penalty tent

l  All bike-course time penalties will be served in a designated Penalty Tent (“PT”). The location of the PTs will be stated in the Event-specific Athlete Information Guide. After a rule violation is issued to the athlete, it is the athlete’s responsibility to report to the next PT on the course. Failure to stop at the next PT on the bike course will result in disqualification;

l  While in the PT, athletes can consume only the food and/or water that is on the athlete’s bike or person; (DSQ)

l  Making adjustments to equipment or performing any type of bike maintenance while serving a penalty in the PT is prohibited. (DSQ)

7. Running rules

(1) Athletes can run, walk, without the help of external force to complete the running segment.

(2) Each athlete shall be obliged to read the Competition Manual before the competition to understand and follow the prescribed running route to the finish line. If an athlete runs in the wrong direction, such athlete shall bear the time loss and return to the correct route and reach the finish line as per the specified route.

(3) The results of the running stage of the athlete shall be based on the timing chip. The athlete shall be obliged to protect the timing chip from being artificially damaged. If the result is missing due to chip failure, the referee shall decide the final result.

(4) All athletes must obey the traffic rules on the running track. Any violation of the traffic rules will result in time penalty. If the athlete fails to correct after being advised, such athlete may, at worst, be disqualified.

(5) Athletes are obliged to follow the directions of traffic police and staff during the competition.

(6) Running with a bare torso is prohibited. Athletes must wear a shirt, jersey, or sport-top at all times during the run segment of the Race.

(7) Athletes must wear their organizing committee issued bib number in front of the athlete’s person and the bib must be clearly visible at all times on the run course. Bib numbers identify the official athletes in the Race. Folding, cutting the bib number, intentional alteration of any kind, or failure to wear bib number is prohibited and will be warmed, at worst may result in disqualification.

 (8) Any item that needs to be discarded may be discarded only in the designated trash drop zones at each aid station or public bins along the track. Discarding any item outside of the trash drop zones is prohibited

(9) Athletes are obliged to make judgments on their own physical condition. When the athlete feels uncomfortable, he or she shall seek assistance from the medical personnel as soon as possible. When the medical officer is involved in the competition, the athlete shall act according to the officer’s judgment or suggestion.

(10) When an athlete quits the competition midway due to various reasons, he or she is obliged to contact and inform the staff or the referee.

8. Transition area conduct

(1) The bicycle must be placed on the frame, and the position of the main body of the bicycle relative to the frame should be the same side with the athlete. (Violators will be stopped and given a warning).

(2) Each athlete’s equipment must be placed either in the athlete’s transition bags, or in the designated transition spot, depending on the policy stated in the Event-specific Technical briefing; (Violators will be stopped and given a warning).

(3) Athletes must not interfere with another athlete's equipment and must not impede the progress of other athletes in the transition area. (Violators will be stopped and given a warning).

(4) A mount and dismount line will be clearly designated at the entrance and exit of the transition area. Mounting the bike before the designated mount-line is prohibited. Dismounting after the dismount line is prohibited. (Violators will be stopped and given a warning).

(5) Athletes cannot stop in the flow zones of the transition area. (Violators will be stopped and given a warning).

(2) The top three athletes of each age group (for elite/challenger) will be awarded prizes, and top five athletes of all will participate in the ranking of the age groups,  The prizes of age group will be distributed on site. If the winners do not attend the award ceremony, they will be regarded as abandoning the prize, and the prizes will be postponed to the next..

(3) All bonuses (RMB) will be subject to 20% individual income tax in accordance with the State Tax Law, which will be withheld by the Organizer.

Note: Only the top three winners will be awarded on the competition day. No bonus (cash) will be paid. The bonus will be paid within three months after the performance announcement.
